Frequently Asked Questions
- How can I receive my PIN?
For security purposes, your PIN will not be provided online. Instead, it will be sent to your address via postal mail.
- How do I obtain confirmation of a payment made through BillPay?
When you make a payment using BillPay, you will receive a unique reference number for each successful transaction. Additionally, you can access transaction details in your transaction history at a later time.
- What happens if I’ve registered for mobile bill payment and then switch service providers?
If you have registered for mobile bill payment through the BillPay service and subsequently change your service provider, your existing billing information will become invalid. Any payments made after switching service providers will not be processed.
To address this, you must first deregister your BillPay facility in relation to the previous service provider. You can do this by submitting a written request at your nearest branch. Afterward, you will need to re-register for the service with your new service provider by submitting a letter at the nearest branch or using the ‘Add Biller’ option on the bank’s internet banking website.
